Resolves YES if Keel publicly announces (via press release, SEC filing, or official company statement reported by The Block, CoinDesk, or Cointelegraph) that it is resuming bitcoin mining operations in the United States. Resolves NO if no such announcement is made. Resolution occurs on September 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
